RF Easy™ tags provide a quick and inexpensive way to meet the DFARS 252.211-7006 Mandate from the Department of Defense.

Using the latest Class 1 Gen 2 UHF RFID inlays from RSI ID Technologies, these labels carry a full one year warranty from defect. The labels are produced in our 3-D Marketing RF-11 printers using our own RF1200 reader/writer, and are verified using our USB driven desktop Block™ product.

The RF Easy™ label is 4” x 3” with two parts. The top part (4” x 2”) carries the RFID tag and is placed on your package. The bottom part (4” x 1”) has a duplicate of all the human readable information as well as a bar code of the RFID tag value that can be used to enter data into your ASN through the WAWF.

The RFID Block™

The Ensyc RFID Block™ is a Class 1 Gen 2 UHF Reader/Writer. This product connects directly to your PC via the USB port. It is powered through the USB connection so only one cable is needed. The unit measures 4.5” x 4.5” x 2” and weighs just over ½ pound. It is easily handled but is designed as a desktop appliance. The software included is specifically designed for DOD compliance. The user enters their Cage code and a starting serial number and saves them. After that it only requires selecting the type of package that the label will be applied to (Pallet, Case or UID). The tag data is stored in the database and can be later retrieved for pasting or import into the ASN through your WAWF application.
